We are looking for a Purchase Order (PO) and Savings Analytics solution to transform PO data into valuable insights

Challenge Details

Roche Global Procurement is looking for a PO (Purchase Order) analytics solution to transform PO data into valuable insights.

The AI data driven insights will help Roche Global Procurement to better engage with their internal stakeholders and support their decision-making process by having new sets of business views (insights) ready. Ultimately, this will increase Roche’s efficiency and accelerate their speed to bring drugs to market faster.

Additional information

Roche is looking for a solution that either provides advanced insights for both datasets or one of the two following datasets.

Dataset 1: PO Data
The PO dataset of Roche is characterized by the following attributes: the dataset contains 10M+ rows, 100+ data points, is well-structured and clean. In addition, the dataset is stored in SAP Business Warehouse.

Dataset 2: Savings Data
The Savings dataset contains various data attributes, to track financial flexibility savings and P&L savings, among which are vendor name, who realized savings, when, project details.

Background

As part of Roche Global Procurement’s ambition to build the next generation procurement organization, they are in the midst of a transformation journey with an agenda focused on building a future operating model that combines new agile ways of working and true business partnering.

Through this initiative, they want to take their cooperation with tech companies to the next level. This will be accomplished through a structured platform for cooperation and collaboration between the Roche Global Procurement team and technology providers.

Practical Details

The challenge owners will select the top applicants, who will be invited for a virtual selection day. The top applicants will get the chance to share their solution with key Roche stakeholders. Afterwards, the top candidate(s) for the challenge may be invited to participate in a pilot to test their solution in the field.
